One of the best things about lavender lattes is the calming effect that lavender has on the body. Many people find that sipping on a lavender latte helps them to unwind and relax, making it an ideal choice for those stressful workdays or for a cozy evening at home.

Key Ingredients for this Recipe

Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew coffee is brewed with cold or room temperature water and steeped for at least 12 hours. The slow infusion pulls all the great flavor from the coffee beans

The slow infusion pulls all the great coffee flavor from the beans, and at the same time leaves behind most of the compounds that can give coffee that bitter flavor. This means that cold-brewed coffee is incredibly smooth and almost sweet-tasting. Perfect for iced coffee! You can make your own cold brew coffee at home using a French press or buy it from the store in concentrate or ready-to-drink form.

Milk

This iced latte recipe calls for whole milk, but you can easily substitute oat milk, almond milk, or soy milk!

Lavender Syrup

You can make lavender syrup very easily at home using dried lavender buds, sugar, and water in a small saucepan on the stove. Alternatively, you can purchase it in stores or online.
