A couple of years ago I went through a point where I made brussels sprouts at least three times a week. My love has been reignited since purchasing my GoWise Air Fryer.

What is an Air Fryer?

The Air Fryer is the newest and hottest kitchen appliance!  I have to admit, at first I didn’t think I needed another appliance that was going to end up just taking space in my cabinets after a few months.  Since buying it just a month or so ago, I’ve fallen in love! The air fryer uses circulating hot air to cook food similar to a small convection oven.  Compared to using a deep-fryer, the air fryer reduces the amount of fat and calories in your food. It has cut my cooking time in half and made foods that would normally be loaded in calories so much healthier!
