Description

This Greek Yogurt Parfait is an easy and healthy gluten free breakfast. With just a few ingredients, it’s a quick option, too! Pile it high with berries and granola for breakfast on the go!


Ingredients

For the almond butter yogurt

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 3 tbl almond butter
  • 1 tbl honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

For the parfait

1 cup vanilla greek yogurt

1 cup almond butter yogurt

3/4 cup fresh berries

6 tablespoons Berry Syrup

1/2 cup granola


Instructions

Add all ingredients for the almond butter yogurt to a bowl and mix to combine.

Assemble breakfast parfait with plain yogurt, almond butter yogurt, granola, berry syrup, and fresh fruit
