Description

Halloween Monster Cookies are a fun and easy treat! Soft and chewy oatmeal peanut butter cookies loaded with Halloween M&M’s and chocolate chips in each bite. An adorable cookie for your Halloween party!

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup butter
2 tbl granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup M&M candies
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

In a large bowl or stand mixer bowl, use the paddle attachment to combine the melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, white sugar and mix to combine. Add egg and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until no flour can be seen.

Mix in the oatmeal until well combined.

Add the chocolate chips and Halloween M&Ms.

Using a large ice cream scoop with release, form cookie dough into rounds. Place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and place additional M&ms and candy eyeballs on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown on top.
