Ingredients
Scale
- 1 heaping cup frozen mixed berries (I use Costco’s antioxidant blend)
- 2 small ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 8 oz coconut or almond milk
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla Beloved Blends Protein Powder
Toppings:
- 1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- optional: Granola
- optional: Fruit
Instructions
- Add coconut/almond milk and frozen banana to a blender and blend on low until smooth
- Add frozen berries, protein powder and yogurt and blend until until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency
- Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls and top with desired toppings (optional).
- Best when fresh, though leftovers keep in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. Let thaw before enjoying.
