Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup frozen mixed berries (I use Costco’s antioxidant blend)
  • 2 small ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 8 oz coconut or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla Beloved Blends Protein Powder

Toppings:

  • 1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • optional: Granola
  • optional: Fruit

Instructions

  1. Add coconut/almond milk and frozen banana to a blender and blend on low until smooth
  2. Add frozen berries, protein powder and yogurt and blend until until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency
  3. Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls and top with desired toppings (optional).
  4. Best when fresh, though leftovers keep in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. Let thaw before enjoying.
