Ingredients
Scale
1 c heavy cream
4 oz mascarpone cheese
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbl Kahlúa (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold in mascarpone cream, vanilla and Kahlúa
Add in powdered sugar to taste.
