Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Macerated Peaches

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds Fresh Pork Tenderloin

1 cup This Little Goat Went to Korea sauce for marinade

3 peaches, cut in half with pit removed

1/4 cup mint, chopped

1 tbl sugar


Instructions

Marinate pork overnight in Little Goat sauce.

Preheat the grill to medium heat (400 degrees)

Place pork on grill and cook for 5 minutes.  Rotate and cook for 5 minutes on other 3 sides, 20 minutes total, or until pork internal temperature reaches 140.

Remove from grill and set aside.  Let rest for 10 minutes.

Grill peaches for 3 minutes, flip and grill for another 2 minutes.  Remove from grill.

Dice peaches and place in a bowl with chopped mint and 1 tbl sugar.  Let sit for 5 minutes before spooning over pork.
