To peel or not to peel?

Leaving the skin on apples looks prettier! It also adds texture to the apple filling, and provides lots of nutrients! Apple skin is packed with Vitamin K, A and C!

Let's get started!

1. Slice & chop apples.

2. Cook apples in butter.

3. Add brown sugar & cinnamon. Set aside.

4. Make crepe batter.

5. Add a thin layer of batter to a HOT buttered pan.

6. Top with apples, whipped cream & cinnamon! Enjoy!
