Ingredients

– Cream cheese – Sugar – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Cinnamon – AP flour – Brown sugar – Salt – Baking soda – Butter – Nutmeg

1. Mix together cream cheese,  sugar, eggs, vanilla, and  cinnamon.

2. Mix together flour, baking  soda, cinnamon, nutmeg &  salt in a bowl.

3. In another bowl, beat butter,  sugar and brown sugar until  fluffy. Add in eggs, and vanilla.

4. Add in flour mixture to  dough mixture and mix  until combined.

5. Spread Snickerdoodle dough  into a prepared pan.

6. Pour cheesecake mixture over the top. Top with remaining snickerdoodle mixture & bake.

7. Slice & Enjoy!

What’s the best way to cleanly cut snickerdoodle cheesecake bars?

Be sure to let them cool and chill completely before cutting!  As a trick  to make sure your bars cut clean, run your knife under hot water in  between each slice.
