One-Pot Vegetarian Lemon Artichoke Pasta

Artichoke Hearts

Capers

Lemon Juice

Parmesan

Garlic

White Wine

Flour Mix

Broth

1. Sauté the shallots, and garlic, add in artichokes & flour mix

2. Deglaze with white wine, add broth, lemon juice  and capers

3. Toss cooked linguine & sauce, adding pasta water to help thicken  

4. Plate & Enjoy!
