Healthy Asian  Edamame Salad

Combine salad ingredients in  a large bowl.

To make the dressing, begin adding each ingredient to a  small bowl.

Once all of the dressing ingredients are added, whisk  to combine.

Toss salad with dressing and garnish with peanuts or sliced almonds if desired.

Serve & enjoy!


For the salad: - Spinach greens  - Tri color quinoa  - Frozen edamame - Shredded red cabbage - Carrots, shredded - Cilantro - English cucumber


For the dressing: – Ginger – White miso – Lime – Soy sauce – Canola oil – Agave – Toasted sesame oil – Rice vinegar – Sherry vinegar
