Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Macerated Peaches

1. Slice peaches in half and place on grill

2. Remove from grill and dice peaches

3. Slice mint and combine with sugar and peaches

4. Slice pork & top with peaches. Serve & ENJOY!

The Key to Perfect  Grilled Pork

Take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before. Cooking cold pork or steak can result in a well-cooked outside and an undercooked center.
