Ingredients

28 oz Reese Hearts of Palm, drained and roughly chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
2 tbl fresh chives, chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp old bay seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1/4 cup mayo
4 potato rolls or butter brat rolls
2 tbl melted butter
Instructions
- Drain and cut the hearts of palm in small chunks and place in large bowl and set aside
- Small dice the celery and add to the same bowl
- Add dill, chives, seasoning, lemon juice, zest and mayonnaise. Stir to combine.
- Slice the buns and brush with melted butter. Quickly place on grill to warm
- Fill each bun with hearts of palm mixture.
- Garnish with fresh dill and chives and a squeeze of lemon
- Serve and enjoy!
