Thanksgiving Turkey Leftovers Sliders

Description

Transform your Thanksgiving leftover turkey into delicious Thanksgiving sliders. Perfect for game nights and cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale

1 package (12-count) slider rolls or

Hawaiian sweet rolls

2 cups leftover stuffing

½ pound cooked turkey breast, shredded or thinly sliced

1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

8 slices provolone cheese

6 tablespoons salted butter, melted

½ teaspoon herbs de Provence

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F

Prepare the rolls.

Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom layer into a baking dish.

Layer the ingredients.

Spread the stuffing evenly across the bottom layer.

Add the layers of turkey on top.

Then, lay the provolone slices over everything to melt beautifully.  Spoon the cranberry sauce over the turkey in an even drizzle.

Place the top of the rolls back on.

Make the butter topping.

In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic, herbs de Provence, and parsley.

Brush the butter sauce generously over the top of the rolls

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and tops are golden brown.

Serve warm.
