Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground turkey

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 cup water

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup cranberries

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 oz brie cheese

1 oz prosciutto

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix 1 lb ground turkey, 1 tsp garlic and onion powder, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper.

Mix these ingredients. This mixture is for 4 equal-sized flat burger patties. Make sure to Shape the patties 1/2 inch thick.

Take a pan and bake the turkey patties for 15 mins until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Take the brie cheese on top and cover until melted.

Make the cranberry sauce by combining 1 cup of Cranberries with 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan. Turn the heat on medium flame, boil them and cook until cranberries burst. Add the orange zest for an extra burst of flavor in the cranberry sauce.

Toast the burger buns until they get golden, layer the buns with greens, prosciutto, and top with cranberry sauce!
