Description

Looking for a healthier way to satisfy your sweet tooth? This Monster Cookie Dough Dip is simple to make and completely irresistible! Perfect for dipping pretzels, crackers or fruit.

 


Ingredients

Scale

8 oz. cream cheese room temperature

1/4 cup salted butter room temperature

1 cup peanut butter powder

1 cup light brown sugar packed

1 cups powdered sugar

¼ tsp. salt

½ cup quick cooking oats

1/2 cup mini M&Ms 

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips


Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar and peanut butter powder.

Beat on high for 2-3 minutes or until light and fluffy.

Fold in the quick cooking oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.

Serve with pretzels, cookies or fresh fruit

Notes

Store leftover monster cookie dough dip in an airtight container for up to 4 days.  Let come to room temperature before enjoying. 

Freeze in an airtight container for up to a month.
