What You Need To Make This Dip

 Stand mixer or hand mixer

 Cream cheese room temperature

Salted butter room temperature

Peanut butter powder

Light brown sugar (you may use dark brown sugar if you prefer, but the dip will be slightly darker in color)

Powdered or confectioner’s sugar

Vanilla Extract

Quick cooking oats

Mini M&Ms

Semi sweet mini chocolate chips

How to make monster cookie dough dip

  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar and peanut butter powder.
  • Beat on high for 2-3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  • Fold in the quick cooking oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.
  • Pile this delicious dip into a bowl and serve with pretzels, crackers and fruit.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz. cream cheese room temperature

1/4 cup salted butter room temperature

1 cup peanut butter powder

1 cup light brown sugar packed

1 cups powdered sugar

¼ tsp. salt

½ cup quick cooking oats

1/2 cup mini M&Ms 

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips


Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar and peanut butter powder.

Beat on high for 2-3 minutes or until light and fluffy.

Fold in the quick cooking oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.

Serve with pretzels, cookies or fresh fruit

Notes
