Ingredients

4 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries — fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp cornstarch

Topping:

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar

1/2 tsp ground cardamom (or cinnamon for a more classic feel)

1/2 cup butter or coconut oil

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
