Description

Make your own loaded burger bowl at home with this easy recipe. Enjoy the classic smash burger taste without the carbs!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Burger Bowl:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For the Roasted Garlic Potatoes:

1 lb baby gold potatoes, quartered

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

For the Toppings:

3 cups shredded lettuce

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup dill pickles

1 avocado, sliced (optional)

For the Special Sauce:

½ cup mayo

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 ½ tbsp sweet pickle juice

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Roast the Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  2. Make the Special Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Set aside.

  3. Cook the Burger:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble the ground beef into the pan, pressing it down to create crispy edges (like a smashed burger). Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and crispy. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for another minute.

  4. Assemble the Bowls:
Divide shredded lettuce into bowls. Top with crispy burger crumbles, roasted potatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and pickles.

  5. Drizzle & Enjoy!
Drizzle with the special sauce and serve with sliced avocado if desired.

Extra Tip: For extra crunch, add crispy fried onions or toasted brioche croutons!
