Instructions
Instructions
-
Roast the Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. -
Make the Special Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Set aside. -
Cook the Burger:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble the ground beef into the pan, pressing it down to create crispy edges (like a smashed burger). Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and crispy. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for another minute. -
Assemble the Bowls:
Divide shredded lettuce into bowls. Top with crispy burger crumbles, roasted potatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and pickles. -
Drizzle & Enjoy!
Drizzle with the special sauce and serve with sliced avocado if desired.
Extra Tip: For extra crunch, add crispy fried onions or toasted brioche croutons!
