Description

Whip up a crowd-pleasing bacon ranch cheddar dip in just 10 minutes. Perfect for parties and casual get-togethers!

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayo

2 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1, 1-oz package dry Ranch salad dressing

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

8 pieces of bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled, divided

2 cups cheddar cheese, freshly grated, divided

1/2 cup chopped green onions, divided

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl stir together the sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, ranch mix, and Worcestershire sauce.

Add the bacon (reserve a tablespoon for garnish, if desired), shredded cheese (reserve a tablespoon for garnish, if desired), and green onions (reserve a tablespoon for garnish, if desired). Mix together. Serve immediately with your favorite veggies, chips, or crackers.

Notes

If your cream cheese isn’t completely softened it will be hard to mix this by hand. If you need to, use a hand mixer to get the cream cheese creamy.

This is delicious right after making and even more delicious if refrigerated for at least 2 hours before serving. This lets the ranch mix develop more flavor into the dip and help it thicken up slightly.

Make it up to 3 days in advance.

Store, covered, in the fridge.

This dip should not be frozen.
