Description
These Cuban sliders are piled high with ham, pork, cheese, and pickles, then brushed with garlic butter and baked to perfection. The perfect slider for a chilly day!
Ingredients

1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
12 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
16 ounces Honey Ham Lunch Meat
1 lb pulled pork
1 1/2 cups sliced pickles
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Grainy yellow mustard
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Slice the King’s Hawaiian Rolls in half and take the tops off. Place the bottom halves of the rolls on a baking sheet.

Spread the mustard over the top of the bottom half of the rolls

Layer 1/2 of the cheese on top of the mustard

Add the Pulled pork on top of the cheese.

Add once slice of Honey Ham Lunch Meat folded in quarters over the top of the pork.

Place the pickles on top of the ham

Arrange the rest of the cheese over the pickles. Place the tops of the buns over the cheese.

In a small bowl, mix together the butter and garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns.

Cover the sandwiches with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until sandwiches are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with parsley, and serve with extra mustard on the side.
