Creamy Rosé Sangria Popsicles are a refreshing boozy treat! Using just a couple of ingredients, this frozen sweet will be your new summer obsession!

HELLO SUMMER!  The weather in Chicago today could not be more perfect.  Gracie and I just got back from the dog park and now we’re sitting on the patio enjoying some treats to cool off.  I came up with these creamy Rosé sangria popsicles last week and I can’t get enough of them! They totally hit the spot and taste just like summer is supposed to!  Why make traditional cocktails when you can have fun adult popsicles?!

Summer time is all about the frozen desserts, am I right?  And we all know that frozen desserts are a hundred times better when they have just a little splash of something extra. These creamy Rosé sangria popsicles are just what your tastebuds ordered!  If you couldn’t get enough of my Bailey + S’mores Ice Cream Float, just wait until you try these boozy popsicles!

One of the reasons I love making these popsicles is that they are SO EASY! I’m not kidding! You need only a handful of ingredients, and then you pop them into the freezer and voila – you are done! You can make adult popsicles with pretty much any fruit and alcohol combination!

How do I make creamy Rosé sangria popsicles?

Start by combining the following in a blender:

1 bottle Rosé wine
2 cups strawberries, sliced and divided in 1/2
1/3 cup triple sec
3 mint sprigs, chopped
2 cups sparkling water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Reserve half the strawberries for later.  Blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
Add the reserved strawberries to popsicle molds.  Pour the blended Rosé mixture unto each prepared mold.

If you’re using molds that require a popsicle stick to be added, freeze the pops until partially frozen (approximately two hours), slide the stick gently into the center of the pop (it should stand on its own), and return it to the freezer for another three hours or until completely frozen.
Remove from the freezer and enjoy responsibly!
