Why we love this cold brew cocktail

If you love an espresso martini these iced coffee cocktails are for you! This boozy treat has all of my favorite things! The combination of sweet cream, chocolate whiskey and cold brew is a match made in cocktail heaven! Plus once you’ve finished the coffee cocktail, you can eat the chocolate egg too! They’re the best coffee cocktail for Easter, or any special occasion! You can serve it shaken or stirred. This is the perfect coffee cocktail! Sipping on one of these is one of the best ways to celebrate a special occasion!

It pairs deliciously with Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, a big slice of pumpkin bread or just a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Key ingredients for this recipe

3 ½ oz. Cold brew coffee or strong coffee – I love the robust flavor that cold brew brings to this cocktail! And no french press or espresso machine is needed!

2 oz Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey

1 oz. Sweet cream coffee creamer or heavy cream

Whipped cream

Large Hollow Chocolate Egg, store bought or homemade using this mold

Step By Step Instructions To Make These Easter Egg Coffee Cocktails

Step 1. Add chocolate whiskey

Add ice and 2 ounces chocolate whiskey to the chocolate egg

Step 2. Add Cold Brew

Add 3 1/2 ounces of your favorite cold brew, homemade or store bought

Step 3. Add sweet cream

Add 1 ounce sweet cream coffee creamer to the chocolate egg

Step 4. Add Whipped cream

Stir and top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.

Ingredients

Scale

2 oz Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey

3 ½ oz. Cold brew coffee or strong coffee
1 oz. Sweet cream coffee creamer or heavy cream


Instructions

To a cocktail shaker, add ice, whiskey, cold brew and sweet cream.  Shake to combine and strain into chocolate egg.  Add whipped cream if desired.
