Step By Step Instructions To Make Chicken Alfredo Dip
Step 1 – combine ingredients in a large bowl
Combine softened cream cheese, chicken, alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, basil, a teaspoon salt and shredded Italian cheese blend in a large bowl. Use a spatula or hand mixer to combine.
Step 2 – Spread in a baking dish
Spread cheesy mixture into the bottom of a baking dish or medium skillet.
Step 3 – Top with additional cheese
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 4 – Bake until bubbly
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown. Turn on the broiler for a couple minutes to get those extra brown bits on top.
Step 5 – Top with bruschetta tomatoes
Combine sliced cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, sugar and pepper and spoon on top of baked chicken alfredo dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Italian Cheese Blend
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked chopped chicken breast
1/4 cup torn basil
For the bruschetta tomatoes
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in quarters
1/8 cup basil, chiffonade
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbl olive oil
1/4 tsp sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Italian cheese blend, fresh basil, alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning in 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan, chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and stir until combined.
Spread cheesy mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
Top with parmesan cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
While the dip is baking, assemble bruschetta tomatoes by combining tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl.
Top baked chicken alfredo dip with bruschetta tomatoes and serve with baguette slices, veggies or chips.
