Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in egg, birthday cake extract, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 13 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake—centers should look slightly underdone for the best texture.
- Add extra sprinkles on top before baking for a more vibrant look.
