Store bought sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
5–6 Mandarin oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
1 cup blueberries
Instructions
Roll out your store bought sugar cookie dough on the silpat and bake as directed.
Let cool.
Combine all of the frosting in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer on high for 5 minutes.
Using an offset spatula, spread cream cheese frosting over cooled sugar cookie crust.
Place the blueberries on the crust like the stitching on a basketball
Place the orange rounds to fill the white spaces on the cookie crust.
Slice and enjoy!
